This recipe requires a very small amount of ingredients. What’s better than that? The fact that it’s made in the crockpot? Yup, this makes it about perfect.
I usually make the Tater Tot Hotdish. But found this recipe somewhere, I can’t recall where, and thought I’d try it. I read it once, and had it memorized.
It tasted pretty darn good, to be honest. It’ll be in the rotation for sure. I, however, kept out the bacon. I’ve heard the bacon makes it, but I’m not a fan of bacon. So let me know if it does make it!
Here’s how to make it!
1 package frozen tater tots
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
bacon crumbed (optional)
In a crockplace the tater tots down first. Cover with cubed chicken, then half the cheese, bacon and again with the remaining tater tots. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top and pour milk over top.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
